Deep-Dive Session

Session description:

The Deep-Dive Session gives us more time to work properly through a substantial space or question, project direction, or layered design decision. It is designed for situations that need more than a quick discussion and benefit from time to look closely, think clearly, and make stronger decisions in real time.

Includes a live 75-minute deep-dive session. 

Sessions are held live on WhatsApp, with the in-person option at The Mudroom in Cardrona for local clients. Location details will be sent with your booking confirmation.

How it works:

Choose the date and time for your first session, then complete payment to confirm your package. After payment, you’ll receive your confirmation email and any relevant details. For live WhatsApp sessions, I will place the call at the scheduled time.

Before your first session: you’re welcome to send through up to 8 images, plus any plans or sketches that are directly relevant to what we’ll cover. I recommend a short video of up to 90-seconds where it helps capture the space clearly. We can work through the detail together during the session.

Booking terms:

Payment confirms your session. Sessions take place on WhatsApp. Your confirmation email will provide any relevant details. 

Sessions begin and end at the booked time. If more support is needed the next step can be booked separately.

Privacy assurance:

All information you share in relation to your session is personal and treated in confidence. It will not be shared, published, or used in any form of marketing. What we discuss, and the material you send through, stays strictly between you and me.
